Affordable Connectivity Program Landing Page Redesign
Role: Art Direction + Design          Year: 2023
Project Background
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is an FCC benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more. This program wasn’t exclusive to Metro by T-Mobile, but we wanted customers to know they could use ACP to receive a discount on our service. I worked with a Sr. Copywriter to optimize the current site.

Wireframe Exploration
We narrowed ideas to two wireframes for the first creative round that improved on the previous version (shown on left) and answered 3 main questions: What is the program? What can it do for me? How to sign up?
Redesigned the sign up section to be clearer about the steps needed to sign up. We wanted customers to follow the 4 simple steps and not get confused about which box they were supposed to click on.
The placement of the offers added a lot of legal information that didn't have do with the program and pushed how to sign up further down the page. I kept the same offers but moved them to the bottom of the page so that customers could learn about the program first.
Redesigned the plan charts to show the price with the discount applied. I also added hyperlinks to each feature with a modal that popped up and explained the benefit more in depth. In mobile, the chart turning into a carousel to reduce the number of scrolls down the page.
