Career Landing Pages Redesign + Optimization

Background
In April, three established brands united their services under a single, cohesive identity: TeKnowledge. Later in 2024, I rebranded the career page to align seamlessly with the new brand's vision. Leveraging a design system I had developed earlier in the year, I ensured consistency throughout the web consolidation process. Additionally, I designed and prototyped new sections, providing a foundation for the development team to implement live on the site.

Original Careers Landing Page

Redesigned the hero section to meet accessibility standards, enhancing contrast for improved visibility. Replaced the "Watch the Video" CTA with a direct link to open roles, streamlining navigation for returning customers familiar with the page.

Updated the icons to reflect our new design style and replaced the photo with one that introduced more vibrant colors and a welcoming tone, enhancing the site's overall friendliness and appeal.

Streamlined the section by removing the banner and relocating the open roles CTA beneath the paragraph. Adjusted core value columns for accessibility compliance with brand colors. Redesigned the photo layout to prevent text overlap when scaling, ensuring a seamless user experience and clear communication of core values.


I also redesigned the 10 individual country pages to enhance the presentation of content, making it more impactful and appealing to potential job seekers.

I created a new hero template that can be effectively repurposed for every country, with flexibility to accommodate new countries in the future. The updated design incorporates vibrant colors and enhanced contrast to spotlight employees, showcasing the organization as a fun and creative workplace.

The previous design opened photos in the same window. Users would have to click the back button in the browser to return to the previous page.
I created a new pop-up slideshow component that allows customers to seamlessly browse through images showcasing the company’s lifestyle while staying on the same page, making it easier to continue exploring company information or browsing open roles.
